PU Binder
PU binder is the adhesive component in rebonded foam production. It is used to bond shredded foam chips into a solid mass, which is then formed into rebonded blocks, sheets and foam carpet underlay. Rebond producers use PU binder together with shredded foam as the two main inputs, so both lines are supplied by Fungbillion (Dongguan Fungbillion Furniture Material Co., Ltd.).
Alongside PU binder, Fungbillion supplies graded foam scrap and related materials: Grade AA (around 5% skin or 0-skin versions, density 20-30kg/m3), Grade A (5% skin and 15% skin versions), Grade B (around 15% skin), memory visco (memory foam) scrap, shredded foam, 10mm thick foam carpet underlay and filter foam scrap, in black, white or mixed colors. Rebonded PU foam produced from these inputs is made with recycled PU foam and is 100% recyclable, with density from 50kg/m3 to 300kg/m3 and shape cutting supported. Materials ship from Shenzhen or Guangzhou, China.
How rebond producers use it
In practice, rebond producers mix shredded foam chips with PU binder, then mold or press the mixture into blocks. Those blocks are later cut into sheets or used as carpet underlay and padding stock. Fungbillion supports shape cutting for rebonded PU foam, and PU binder is sold as part of the same supply line as the graded foam scrap and shredded foam that go into the mix.

Can I buy PU binder and foam scrap from the same supplier?
Yes. Fungbillion supplies PU binder together with graded foam scrap, shredded foam, memory visco scrap, foam carpet underlay and filter foam scrap, so rebond producers can source the inputs from one supplier. Supply ability is 5000 Ton/Tons per Month. Scrap is packed at 200-300kg per bale; a 40ft container loads 18000-22000kg, and one 40HQ loads 20-22 tons of AA-grade compression bales.
