What is the difference between Grade AA, Grade A, and Grade B foam scrap?
Grade AA has around 5% skin or 0-skin versions, with density 20-30kg/m3; Grade A comes in 5% skin and 15% skin versions; Grade B has around 15% skin. Color options include black, white, and mixed.
What does skin percentage mean in your PU foam scrap grades?
Skin percentage is the amount of outer skin included in the foam scrap grade. Grade AA has around 5% skin or 0-skin versions, Grade A has 5% skin and 15% skin versions, and Grade B has around 15% skin.
What density range is available for rebonded PU foam?
Rebonded PU foam is available from 50kg/m3 to 300kg/m3. It is made with recycled PU foam and is 100% recyclable.
What is PU binder used for?

How is PU foam scrap packaged, and how much fits in a container?
PU foam scrap is supplied at 200-300kg per bale. A 40ft container loads 18000-22000kg, and one 40HQ loads 20-22 tons of AA-grade compression bales.
What ports do you ship from, and what is your supply ability?
Shipment is from Shenzhen or Guangzhou, China. Supply ability is 5000 Ton/Tons per Month.
