Rebond Foam for Furniture, Mattress & Carpet Factories
Rebonded PU foam and graded PU foam scrap from Dongguan, China — for furniture, mattress, carpet underlay, packaging, and shoe-material production. Buying the wrong grade wastes material and production time; the three questions below prevent that.

Which industry are you in?
Foam materials organized the way you buy: by what you make. Pick your industry to see which material fits.
Furniture
Rebonded PU foam is designed for replacement of virgin foam and furniture padding, with density from 50kg/m3 to 300kg/m3 and shape cutting supported. Foam scrap grades AA, A, and B are also available for review.
See materials →Mattress
Rebonded PU foam is designed for domestic mattress and farming mattress. Specify density, shape, and whether you need replacement of virgin foam or a scrap grade for your mattress build.
See materials →Carpet & Underlay
We list 10mm thick foam carpet underlay and rebonded PU foam density from 50kg/m3 to 300kg/m3. Confirm density, color, and bale format against your carpet underlay line.
See materials →Packaging
For packaging inquiries, review rebonded PU foam density from 50kg/m3 to 300kg/m3 and supported shape cutting. State your density, color, and shape needs so the material can be checked against your packaging use.
See materials →Shoe Material
Hi-Poly shoe foam scrap is available at 50-60 density. Review skin content, color, and bale format against your shoe-material process before ordering.
See materials →Three questions before you buy foam scrap
Buyers who skip these three questions are the ones who end up with the wrong grade. Work through them in order.
What grade do I need?
Start with your application and how much skin your process can accept. Also confirm whether you need rebonded PU foam or foam scrap.
Match to listed grades: AA has around 5% skin or 0-skin versions and density 20-30kg/m3; A has 5% skin and 15% skin versions; B has around 15% skin. Rebonded PU foam is a separate product with density 50kg/m3 to 300kg/m3.
If low skin is critical, narrow to AA 0-skin or around 5% skin. If 5-15% skin is workable, review Grade A. If around 15% skin is acceptable, review Grade B.
How much skin content is acceptable?
Check where the material sits in your final product and whether skin affects bonding, surface, or downstream cutting.
Compare your tolerance to AA around 5% or 0-skin, A 5% or 15% skin, and B around 15% skin. Ask for the specific skin version, not just the grade name.
For visible or bonding-critical parts, choose the lowest skin option you can justify. For hidden or less sensitive parts, a higher skin grade may be workable.
Which color and density?
Confirm required color black, white, or mixed, and required density for your process.
Use product data: rebonded PU foam density 50kg/m3 to 300kg/m3; AA-grade scrap density 20-30kg/m3; Hi-Poly shoe foam scrap 50-60 density; Alibaba product page lists density 15-30kg/m3.
Narrow to black, white, or mixed based on visibility. Narrow density by application: rebonded 50-300kg/m3, AA scrap 20-30kg/m3, Hi-Poly shoe scrap 50-60 density, or the listed 15-30kg/m3 range.
PU foam scrap grades: AA / A / B
Foam scrap grades are listed by skin content: Grade AA has around 5% skin or 0-skin versions with density 20-30kg/m3; Grade A has 5% skin and 15% skin versions; Grade B has around 15% skin. Colors include black, white, and mixed. These grades sit alongside other scrap types such as memory visco scrap, shredded foam, PU binder, 10mm thick foam carpet underlay, filter foam scrap, Dali skin foam, Hi-Poly shoe foam scrap at 50-60 density, crushed fabric bra foam scrap, and old used foam.

Grade AA — around 5% skin
Our best foam scrap: clean, bright colors, flexible. Supplied in compression bales — one 40HQ loads 20–22 tons.

Grade A — 5% and 15% skin
The middle option: 5% skin and 15% skin versions for buyers balancing cleanliness and cost.

Grade B — around 15% skin
The economical choice for cost-sensitive rebond production where a higher skin fraction is acceptable. Black, white and mixed colors available.

White & 0-skin options
White foam scrap without skin for buyers who need clean color; black foam scrap without skin for dark rebond products.
Common buying mistakes
Platform badges are not product specifications
Alibaba 'Onsite Check' is an on-site factory badge, not a product standard. 'Response Time ≤9h' and 'on-time delivery ≥100%' are historical platform metrics, not a service promise. Use them as context, not as material specs.
Choosing by grade name only
AA, A, and B are not the only variables. Skin content, density, color, and whether the material is rebonded PU foam or scrap all affect fit. Confirm each item in writing.
Ignoring bale and container math
Listed packing is 200-300kg per bale. A 40ft container loads 18000-22000kg, and one 40HQ loads 20-22 tons of AA-grade compression bales. Check these figures against your unloading and storage plan.
Mixing up product families
Rebonded PU foam, AA/A/B scrap, memory visco scrap, shredded foam, PU binder, filter foam scrap, Dali skin foam, Hi-Poly shoe foam scrap, crushed fabric bra foam scrap, and old used foam are different inputs. State the exact type you need.
Badges shown are Alibaba platform badges (Onsite Check factory verification, shop badges and historical supplier metrics).
Straight answers, before you ask
