Foam applications by industry

Fungbillion supplies foam materials from ChaoLang Industrial Zone, Chashan Town, Dongguan City, Guangdong, China. This hub organizes those materials by industry so purchasing managers and technical buyers can match an application to a specific foam type before requesting a quote.

Start with your production line or end product, then review the material notes below. Each industry page links to the relevant products, grades, and density ranges. If your use case crosses categories, use the same material data to compare options such as rebonded PU foam, foam scrap grades, memory visco scrap, shredded foam, and 10mm carpet underlay.

Furniture

Furniture factories can evaluate rebonded PU foam for replacement of virgin foam and furniture padding. It is made with recycled PU foam, 100% recyclable, and available from 50kg/m3 to 300kg/m3. Shape cutting is supported, so you can specify cut pieces for padding components. Foam scrap grades AA, A, and B, memory visco scrap, shredded foam, PU binder, and Dali skin foam are also listed for furniture-related sourcing. Review density, skin percentage, and color (black, white, or mixed) against your part design.

Mattress

For mattress production, rebonded PU foam is designed for domestic mattress and farming mattress use. Density thinking starts with the finished mattress requirement, not only the foam label: rebonded PU foam runs from 50kg/m3 to 300kg/m3, while foam scrap grades have different density ranges, including Grade AA at 20-30kg/m3. Grade AA is around 5% skin or 0-skin versions; Grade A comes in 5% skin and 15% skin versions; Grade B is around 15% skin. Colors include black, white, and mixed. Memory visco scrap and shredded foam are also listed. Confirm grade, density, skin content, and color before bulk ordering.

Carpet & Underlay

Carpet and underlay buyers can source 10mm thick foam carpet underlay. Rebonded PU foam can also be supplied with shape cutting, and its density range of 50kg/m3 to 300kg/m3 allows different underlay constructions. Foam scrap grades and shredded foam may be evaluated where the underlay specification allows recycled content. Check thickness, density, skin percentage, and color against the flooring build-up and installation method. For container planning, foam bales are listed at 200-300kg per bale, with a 40ft container loading 18000-22000kg, and a 40HQ loading 20-22 tons of AA-grade compression bales.

Packaging

Packaging operations can use foam scrap and shredded foam for protective packaging. Material selection depends on the protection level, part weight, and available void space. Foam scrap grades include AA, A, and B with different skin percentages; colors are black, white, or mixed. Shredded foam offers a loose fill format, while larger scrap pieces can be cut or used as bulk cushioning. Review density, skin percentage, and color before specifying. For volume buyers, supply ability is listed at 5000 Ton/Tons per Month, with shipment from Shenzhen or Guangzhou, China.

Shoe Material

Shoe material buyers can review Hi-Poly shoe foam scrap at 50-60 density. Related materials include crushed fabric bra foam scrap, PU binder, memory visco scrap, and other foam scrap grades. Grade AA is around 5% skin or 0-skin versions with density 20-30kg/m3; Grade A has 5% skin and 15% skin versions; Grade B is around 15% skin. Colors include black, white, and mixed. Match density, skin content, and color to the shoe component specification before bulk ordering.
