Fungbillion is Dongguan Fungbillion Furniture Material Co., Ltd., a PU foam scrap supplier based at ChaoLang Industrial Zone, Chashan Town, Dongguan City, Guangdong, China. We focus on PU foam scrap and related materials for the rebonded production field, serving factories that need input for rebonded foam, padding, mattresses, and molded parts. Our supply is aimed at rebonded foam producers, mattress and furniture padding producers, and buyers of recycled foam materials.

We supply foam scrap grades, rebonded PU foam, memory visco scrap, shredded foam, PU binder, carpet underlay, filter foam scrap, Dali skin foam, Hi-Poly shoe foam scrap, crushed fabric bra foam scrap, and old used foam. Foam scrap grades are available in black, white, and mixed colors, with Grade AA, Grade A, and Grade B options. Rebonded PU Foam is made with recycled PU foam, is 100% recyclable, has density from 50kg/m3 to 300kg/m3, and supports shape cutting. It is designed for replacement of virgin foam, furniture padding, farming mattress, domestic mattress, and modular autoparts.

Factory & shipment

Supply ability is 5000 Ton/Tons per Month. Foam scrap is supplied in bales at 200-300kg per bale; density is 15-30kg/m3. A 40ft container loads 18000-22000kg, and one 40HQ loads 20-22 tons of AA-grade compression bales. Ports are Shenzhen or Guangzhou, China.
